Steve has more than five years experience of working exclusively in the business of writing wills for a wide variety of clients. He ensures that their wills are structured in a way that not only reflects their wishes, but also makes certain that Inheritance Tax is kept to a minimum.

Writing a will is a very personal matter and, with estate values growing, needs to be very carefully planned. Steve will meet with you in your own home and guide you through the whole process: from an initial meeting to establish how you would like your will structured, to being present at the will signing. Steve will cut through the legal jargon and leave you confident that everything has been covered – guaranteeing that the whole process is as straightforward as possible for you.

This organisation also requires members to have up-to-date professional indemnity insurance for up to £2 million per case. Each member is also obliged to complete the required number of hours of professional development each year.
